Courses in Croatia

Lagoda has so far designed and arranged three courses in Croatia, and we are actively working on arranging a few new ones.

In August 2014 we have designed and officially opened the first public disc golf course in Croatia as a part of the regional sports and recreation center Platak. This course was ordered by Goranski sports center, and Primorsko-goranska County, and consists of 18 holes, which cover an area of 10 hectares and offers a diversity of uphill, downhill, open and forest holes. In this area, we started with the organization of international disc golf tournament Platak Open, which was launched in 2015 and will continue in the coming years. For more information on the Platak course can be found on a separate page.

In the same 2014, we have arranged the course for the city Varaždinske Toplice what was financially supported by the Croatian Tourist Board. In park area of 4 hectares, which had for years been neglected, we have arranged the course of 18 holes suitable for beginners, but also experienced players. On this course we are organizing early spring traditional tournament "Mars Springs," and a new summer tournament will start in 2016. More information on the Varaždinske Toplice course can be found on a separate page.

The third course was arranged in 2015 in the resort Terme Sveti Martin as a addition to the existing ball golf course. Disc golf baskets were added to the ball golf holes what made it more interesting to a wider audience and greater number of visitors to hotel and resort. International tournament Spa Hills was played on this field in 2015 that have gained a great interest by players from all over Europe. More information on the Terme Sveti Martin Course can be found on a separate page.
